All orders are posted on Mondays.
All orders received up to 12:00 on Friday, will be shipped the following Monday.
A tracking number will be sent to the buyer.
Gifts can be shipped directly to the giftee’s address.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
No responsibility will be accepted for any goods lost or damaged in transit - these will be covered by the parcel insurance.
South African customers:
All parcels are sent by insured mail, although a different method will be considered at the buyer's request.
For customers in all other countries:
1. Once we have received your order we will pack and weigh it.
2. We will then email you a quote with various postage options and prices.
3. Once you have chosen the desired postage method and we have received your payment, we will post your parcel.
Although no refunds will be made, any item that is in it's original condition and is returned within 1 week of purchase may be exchanged, subject to a 10% handling fee.
All shipping costs pertaining to an exchange will be for the buyer's account.
