What you can expect from us
All orders will receive attention within 24 hours of receipt - weekends excluded.
Unless you have requested otherwise, your parcel will be sent by insured parcel post.
Orders from outside South Africa will first be packed and weighed after which we inform you of the postage options and total cost. (Please see "Shipping and Returns" page.)
